At Loog Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and accessories. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original box or a secure mailer, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
